Whenever the remaining value of your Octopus is insufficient, your MANHATTAN Credit Card account will automatically reload HK$500 or HK$250 into your Octopus. It’s that easy and convenient!

Note the serial number on the top right corner at the back of your Octopus to be registered. |

Complete and return the attached application form by mail or fax to 2282 0290. |

You will receive a notification letter upon successful approval. Please visit any MTR Customer Service Centre to activate the Automatic Add Value feature of your Octopus according to the instructions on the letter. |
