The Annualized Percentage Rates (APRs) of 0.85% monthly handling fee are as follows: 18.72% (6-month), 19.94% (12-month), 20.18% (18-month) and 20.15% (24-month) respectively. APRs are calculated according to the Net Present Value Method as specified in the Code of Banking Practice and are for reference only.

Remarks
1.	Each Instalment transaction can consist of a combination of multiple transactions (Only applicable to transactions appear on the same statement)and with one of the above Instalment Period selected. The amount of each Instalment Transaction must be HK$1,500 or above.
2.	Except for retail spending which first appear in the same statement, MANHATTAN's "Anything Goes Instalment" is not applicable for purchasing casino chips, cash advance, repaying outstanding balance, instalment payment and other charges or interest payments.
3.	Upon Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Company")'s approval of the application for an Instalment Transaction, a handling fee will be charged to the Card Account on a monthly basis during the Instalment Period. Monthly Handling fee is calculated based on the Instalment Transaction Price and the Instalment Period Cardmember has selected.
4.	Application hours: 9a.m. to 10p.m. daily (Monday – Sunday).
5.	Application for an Instalment Transaction may be made at any time during the period commencing 3 business days after (but excluding) the transaction date of the purchase and ending on at least 7 business days immediately preceding the Payment Due Date specified in the Statement on which particulars of the Instalment Transaction appear.
6.	Administration fee for early repayment is HK$150.
7.	When applying for any Instalment Transaction, the Cardmember shall provide such information as required by the Company for verification of his status as Cardmember. The Company is not liable to any explanation for rejected applicants.
8.	Application for the MANHATTAN's "Anything Goes Instalment" is subject to the Terms and Conditions of MANHATTAN's "Anything Goes Instalment" Program. Before applying for the MANHATTAN's "Anything Goes Instalment" Program, please read its Terms and Conditions and these remarks carefully and make sure that they are fully understood. Details and copies of the Terms and Conditions are available upon request.
9.	The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of the company.
