| General Terms and Conditions of MANHATTAN Credit Card Year-round Offers: | |

Unless otherwise specified, offers are valid until 31 December 2011. |

To be eligible for the offers, Cardholders are required to present MANHATTAN Credit Card or MANHATTAN Co-branded Cards ("MANHATTAN Credit Card") upon purchase / ordering (for dining offers) / upon making reservation (for hotel accommodation offers) and settle payment with MANHATTAN Credit Card. |

Unless otherwise specified, offers are applicable to Hong Kong outlets of the respective merchants only. |
4. |
To enjoy beauty / health / hair care service or yoga offers, advance appointment is required and offers are subject to the availability of the relevant offers. |
5. |
To enjoy the hotel accommodation offers, advance booking is required and offers are subject to room availability. Cardholders are required to present MANHATTAN Credit Cards upon check in. |
6. |
Unless otherwise specified, dining offers are not applicable to take-away items, set menu, discounted dishes, private functions, banquets, catering services, happy hours, charge for tea and condiments and 10% service charge. |
7. |
Unless otherwise specified, hotel accommodation offers are subject to the prevailing service charge and government tax, and are not applicable to function room, conference room or long-stay bookings. |
8. |
Offers are not valid on public holidays, eves of public holidays, festive days, eves of festive days and black-out days as designated by merchants. Please call respective merchants for details. |
9. |
Unless otherwise specified, offers are applicable to regular-priced items / dishes only and not applicable to fixed-priced, discounted, consignment, promotional, festive and designated items / services. |
10. |
Unless otherwise specified, gifts / free services / free dishes are first-come-first-served and available while stock lasts. Each Cardholder can enjoy such gifts / free services / free dishes once. |
11. |
Offers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons. |

The offers may subject to additional terms and conditions set out by the merchants, please call respective merchants for details. |
13. |
Offers are first-come-first-served and available while stock lasts. Any change of the offer will be subject to the offer availability at the time of patronage. |

Offers shall be terminated immediately upon closure of merchant. |

Cardholders understand and accept that Standard chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank") is not the supplier of the products / services purchased. The Bank shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of the products / services including, without limitation, their quality and the supply. |

In case of any disputes, Cardholders are required to present the relevant original sales receipts and credit card sale slips for further investigation by the Bank. |
| 17. | The Bank and respective merchants reserve the right to alter or terminate the offers and amend the terms and conditions at any time. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank and respective merchants shall be final. |
18. |
If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
