Terms and Conditions for "MANHATTAN Credit Card 4X Bonus Points" Promotion (the "Promotion")
1. The Promotion period is valid till 31 Dec 2009 (the "Promotion Period").
2. The Promotion is applicable to MANHATTAN Platinum Card and MANHATTAN Titanium MasterCard ("Credit Card Account").
3. The Promotion is applicable to individual Credit Card Accounts.
4. Transactions made by both Principal and Supplementary Cardholder(s) of the same Credit Card Account are counted collectively in calculating the bonus points.
5. During the Promotion Period, any retail purchase transactions made at the Categories of 4X Bonus Points merchants ("4X Merchants Categories") in Hong Kong (as shall be specified by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank")) with the Credit Card Account will be entitled to 4 times bonus points (i.e. extra 3 times bonus points). 4X Merchants Categories do not include merchants categories in department stores / associations / clubs / hotels or any other merchants categories as determined by the Bank at any time.
6. Only transactions with transaction and posted dates falling within the Promotion Period are eligible for the Promotion.
7. Eligible transactions include retail purchase only. Any cancelled / refunded / falsified / unposted / unauthorized transactions are excluded.
8. Basic bonus points will be credited to Cardholder's respective Credit Card Account in accordance with the regular procedure. The extra bonus points offered under this Promotion will be credited to the respective Credit Card Account every month and will be shown in monthly statement.
9. If Cardholders have cancelled any related transaction which had been included in calculating the extra bonus points credited to the Cardholder's Credit Card Account, the Bank has the right to debit the relevant bonus points from Cardholder's Credit Card Account without further notice.
10. To be eligible for the extra bonus points, the relevant Credit Card Account must still be valid and in good financial standing at the time of crediting extra bonus points, otherwise the extra bonus points will be forfeited.
11. The Bank reserves the right to alter or terminate the Promotion and amend the terms and conditions at any time, including but not limited to bonus point multiplier and the list of 4X Merchants Categories. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
12. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail for all purposes.


Terms and Conditions of Priority Booking 10% Rebate
1. The Priority Booking 10% Rebate ("10% Rebate") is valid till 31 December 2009.
2. The 10% Rebate is applicable to MANHATTAN Platinum Card and MANHATTAN Titanium MasterCard issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
3. The 10% Rebate is applicable to Cardholders who purchase tickets through Priority Booking (the "ticket") hold by the Bank with their MANHATTAN Platinum Card or MANHATTAN Titanium MasterCard.
4. The 10% Rebate is calculated based on the purchase price of the tickets and is subject to a maximum of 2 tickets. The maximum amount of 10% Rebate will be HK$50.
5. The 10% Rebate is not applicable to the ticket handling fee and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and discounts.
6. The 10% Rebate or HK$50 (the "Rebate"), whichever is lower, will be credited to the Cardholder's Credit Card Account (Credit Card Account) 2 months after order confirmation of Priority Booking and will be shown in monthly statement.
7. To be eligible for the Rebate, the Credit Card Account must be valid and in good financial standing at the time when the Rebate is credited. The Bank reserves the right to refuse to issue or honour any Rebate if the Cardholder has ever failed to pay on or before the relevant due date any Minimum Payment Due specified in the monthly statement of Credit Card account issued the Billing Year.
8. If the order of Priority Booking is cancelled or the Credit Card Account is closed for whatever reason, the Rebate not yet credited to the Credit Card Account will be forfeited.
9. The Bank reserves the right to alter or terminate the 10% Rebate and amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time.
10. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
11. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.


The Grand Cinema Offer General Terms and Conditions
1. Cardholders are required to present MANHATTAN Credit Cards or MANHATTAN Co-brand Cards ("MANHATTAN Credit Cards") before making any purchases. Payment must be settled by MANHATTAN Credit Card.
2. Offers are valid until 5 November 2009.
3. Offers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts and cash coupons.
4. At the point of purchase, Cardholders are required to notify the staff at The Grand before they enjoy the offers. Offers are subject to the availability of the related cinema.
5. Purchased movie ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded.
6. Cardholders understand and accept that the Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank") is not the supplier of the products/services purchased. The Bank shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of the products/services including without limitation, the quality and the supply.
7. The Bank and Crystal Shine Ltd. reserve the right to terminate the Services and amend the terms and conditions at any time. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank and Crystal Shine Ltd. shall be final.

Terms and Conditions of "Bonus Point Redemption of The Grand Movie Ticket" Offer
1. Cardholders can redeem 1 movie ticket at The Grand MANHATTAN Galaxy on every Thursday with 1,000 bonus points of MANHATTAN Credit Card plus HK$1. Each Cardholder can purchase maximum of 1 movie ticket with the special offer on every Thursday.
2. Ticket redemption is applicable to the purchase made at cinema box office only, not applicable to phone and online booking.
3. Offer is not applicable to 3D films.
4. Cardholders are required to bear the additional charges for the tickets of selected films having special arrangements with film distributors. Upon request from film distributors, ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Offer is only applicable to Cardholders who registered for Bonus Point Program.
6. The Bank will deduct the related bonus point within 3 months after the purchase of movie ticket.
7. If there is insufficient bonus point in Cardholders' designated MANHATTAN Credit Card accounts, the Bank will charge the HK$50 for each movie ticket redeemed at the designated MANHATTAN Credit Card account without prior notice to Cardholders.
8. The available bonus point is according to the Bank's record during the process of deducting bonus point.
9. Redeemed movie ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded.


Terms and Conditions of "20% discount on Movie Ticket" Offer
1. Cardholders can enjoy 20% discount on regular priced movie ticket at The Grand. 20% discount on movie ticket of Standard Chartered Starsuite is applicable to MANHATTAN Platinum Card, MANHATTAN Titanium Card and MANHATTAN id Platinum Card only.
2. Ticket discount is not applicable to 3D films.
3. 20% discount is not applicable to films having special arrangements with film distributors.
4. Ticket discount is applicable to the purchase made at cinema box office only, not applicable to phone and online booking.
5. Ticket discount is applicable to the regular priced ticket, not applicable to bulk purchase, morning show, Senior/Student/Child tickets.
6. Maximum 6 regular priced tickets for each purchase.

Welcome Award Terms and Conditions
1. The welcome award is applicable to Principal Card applicants who have submitted application form and successfully applied for MANHATTAN Titanium Credit Card on or before 31 December 2009.
2. Principal Card applicants who have held or cancelled Principal / Supplementary card of MANHATTAN Credit Card, MANHATTAN Gold Credit Card, MANHATTAN Titanium Credit Card, MANHATTAN Platinum Credit Card, MANHATTAN 21 Credit Card or MANHATTAN Infinity Credit Card within the past 12 months are not eligible for the welcome award.
3. Principal Cardholder is entitled to cash rebate at 2% of the first HK$10,000 retail purchase and cash advance of each month during the first two months from the date of card issuance. Each Principal Cardholder is entitled to a maximum of HK$400 cash rebate.
4. Cash rebate will be credited to eligible Cardholder’s Credit Card account within the forth month of the date of card issuance and will be shown on the monthly statement. To be eligible for the cash rebate, the relevant Credit Card account must be valid and in good financial standing at the time of crediting the cash rebate. Otherwise, the cash rebate will be forfeited.
5. Eligible transactions include retail purchases and cash advance (including both local and overseas transactions), internet order, mail order, phone order, auto payment, monthly instalment amount and Octopus reload.
