Terms and Conditions of California Red HK$1 Head Count Fee Offer

1.	The offer is only applicable to MANHATTAN Platinum Card and MANHATTAN Titanium MasterCard.
2.	The offer is valid on every Tuesday from 22 Jan 2008 to 16 December 2008 (“Promotion Period”).
3.	Cardmembers can enjoy HK$1 head count fee during the Promotion Period when patronage with 3 or above customers who settle the head count fee at regular price.
4.	Only one MANHATTAN Credit Card is accepted for each room during each registration and transaction.
5.	The offer is not applicable to 10% service charge.
6.	The offer will be valid during Happy Hour (14:00-18:00), Normal Hour (18:00-24:00) and Late Night (24:00-03:00/06:00, closing varies for different shops) on Tuesdays. Breakfast and Lunch are excluded.
7.	The offer applies to all Red Box Plus, Red Box, Green Box, K station and Yo Park.
8.	Cardmembers must be member of California Red (can be applied at the reception counter free of charge upon arrival) or Dot Red Dot Green Card (Membership fee HK$100), and are required to present both MANHATTAN Platinum Card or MANHATTAN Titanium MasterCard and the above mentioned membership card at the reception counter for registration purpose. To enjoy the offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment with the same MAHATTAN Platinum Card or MANHATTAN Titanium MasterCard which was registered at the reception counter.
9.	The offer is subject to room availability. The offer is limited and on first-come-first-served basis.
10.	The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers.
11.	Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and California Red reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of the offer from time to time.
12.	In case of any dispute, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and California Red reserve the right of final decision.
13.	If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions for “MANHATTAN Credit Card 4X Bonus Points” Promotion (the “Promotion”):

1.	The Promotion period is from 10 Jan 2008 to 31 Dec 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).
2.	The Promotion is applicable to MANHATTAN Platinum Card and MANHATTAN Titanium MasterCard ("Credit Card Account").
3.	The Promotion is applicable to individual Credit Card Accounts.
4.	Transactions made by both Principal and Supplementary Cardmember(s) of the same Credit Card Account are counted collectively in calculating the bonus points.
5.	During the Promotion Period, any retail purchase transactions made at the Categories of 4X Bonus Points merchants (“4X Merchants Categories”) in Hong Kong (as shall be specified by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Company”)) with the Credit Card Account will be entitled to 4 times bonus points (i.e. extra 3 times bonus points). 4X Merchants Categories do not include merchants categories in department stores / associations / clubs / hotels or any other merchants categories as determined by the Company at any time.
6.	Only transactions with transaction and posted dates falling within the Promotion Period are eligible for the Promotion.
7.	Eligible transactions include retail purchase only. Any cancelled / refunded / falsified / unposted / unauthorized transactions are excluded.
8.	Basic bonus points will be credited to Cardmember’s respective Credit Card Account in accordance with the regular procedure. The extra bonus points offered under this Promotion will be credited to the respective Credit Card Account every month and will be shown in monthly statement.
9.	If Cardmembers have cancelled any related transaction which had been included in calculating the extra bonus points credited to the Cardmember’s Credit Card Account, the Company has the right to debit the relevant bonus points from Cardmember’s Credit Card Account without further notice.
10.	To be eligible for the extra bonus points, the relevant Credit Card Account must still be valid and in good financial standing at the time of crediting extra bonus points, otherwise the extra bonus points will be forfeited.
11.	The Company reserves the right to alter or terminate the Promotion and amend the terms and conditions at any time, including but not limited to bonus point multiplier and the list of 4X Merchants Categories. In case of disputes, the decision of the Company shall be final and conclusive.
12.	If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail for all purposes.

Terms and Conditions of Priority Booking 10% Rebate

1.	The Priority Booking 10% Rebate (“10% Rebate”) is valid from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2008.
2.	The 10% Rebate is applicable to MANHATTAN Platinum Card and MANHATTAN Titanium MasterCard issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Company”).
3.	The 10% Rebate is applicable to cardmembers who purchase tickets through Priority Booking (the “ticket”) hold by the Company with their MANHATTAN Platinum Card or MANHATTAN Titanium MasterCard.
4.	The 10% Rebate is calculated based on the purchase price of the tickets and is subject to a maximum of 2 tickets. The maximum amount of 10% Rebate will be HK$50.
5.	The 10% Rebate is not applicable to the ticket handling fee and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and discounts.
6.	The 10% Rebate or HK$50 (the “Rebate”), whichever is lower, will be credited to the cardmember’s Credit Card Account (Credit Card Account) 2 months after order confirmation of Priority Booking and will be shown in monthly statement.
7.	To be eligible for the Rebate, the Credit Card Account must be valid and in good financial standing at the time when the Rebate is credited. The Bank reserves the right to refuse to issue or honour any Rebate if the cardmember has ever failed to pay on or before the relevant due date any Minimum Payment Due specified in the monthly statement of Credit Card account issued the Billing Year.
8.	If the order of Priority Booking is cancelled or the Credit Card Account is closed for whatever reason, the Rebate not yet credited to the Credit Card Account will be forfeited.
9.	The Company reserves the right to alter or terminate the 10% Rebate and amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time.
10.	In case of any disputes, the decision of the Company shall be final and conclusive.
11.	If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

The Grand Cinema & MCL Cinemas Offer General Terms and Conditions

1.	Cardmembers are required to present MANHATTAN Credit Card, MANHATTAN Co-branded Card or MANHATTAN Titanium Card (“MANHATTAN Credit Card”) before placing order. Payment must be settled by MANHATTAN Credit Card.
2.	The offers are valid from 6 November 2007 to 5 November 2008 (unless otherwise specified).
3.	Offers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts and cash coupons.
4.	To enjoy the offers, advance notification of using the offer is required upon the ticket purchased. Offers are subject to the availability of the related cinema.
5.	Cardmembers understand and accept that the Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Company”) is not the supplier of the products/services purchased. Terms and Conditions of Bonus Point Redemption of The Grand Cinema Movie Ticket

1.	The promotion period is from 6 November 2007 to 5 November 2008.
2.	Cardmembers can redeem 1 movie ticket from The Grand Cinema MANHATTAN Galaxy on every Thursday with 1,000 bonus points of MANHATTAN Credit Card plus HK$1. Each cardmember can purchase maximum of 1 movie ticket with the special offer on every Thursday.
3.	Ticket discount offer is applicable to the purchase made at cinema box office only, not applicable to phone and online booking.
4.	This offer is only applicable to cardmembers who registered for Bonus Point Program.
5.	The Company will deduct the related bonus point within 2 months after the purchase of movie ticket.
6.	If there is insufficient bonus point in cardmembers’ designated MANHATTAN Credit Card accounts or cardmember who registered Cash Back Program, the Company will charge the $50 for each movie ticket redeemed at the designated MANHATTAN Credit Card account without prior notice to cardmembers.
7.	The available bonus point is according to the Company’s record during the process of deducting bonus point.
8.	Redeemed movie ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Terms and Conditions of MANHATTAN “Go Buddy” Travel Package Offer:

1.	To be eligible for the offer of buy three get the fourth one free (“offer”), Cardmembers are required to settle payments with MANHATTAN Titanium Credit Card or MANHATTAN Platinum Credit Cards.
2.	The promotion period is departing1 July 2008 to 31 December 2008 (based on departure date). This offer is valid for travel packages departing on designated day(s) of the week as determined by Hong Thai Travel and the Company from time to time during the promotion period. The prices shown do not include Peak Season surcharge* or Cardmembers are required to pay the peak season surcharge.
3.	This offer includes the fourth person's round trip Economy Class flight between Hong Kong and the designated locations with designated airlines, accommodations of designated hotels, breakfast (if applicable) and are on adult share twin room basis.
